I know this may be odd but at this point I've ran out of ideas and this is my last hope, I sent in my laptop for repair on Nov 10, 2020. I dropped it off and was expecting at max a 2 week turnaround time to get my laptop back. But I was wrong, the laptop had gone missing, A laptop that costed me 4,000$. Their was no movement on the tracking. Razer VIP and Advanced Solutions team told me that they would be investigating this with FedEx. I trusted in their support and that this would get solved quickly. But then 1 week passed and then 3 weeks and so forth. It has been 3 months without my laptop. And it has been very hard for me and my family. I work from home and that laptop is what I used everyday and its computing power was able to complete all my tasks. But without it, has been very tough. I did not want to buy another expensive laptop that would cost me thousands. But after 2 months i was forced to as I was not able to work. And till now I don't have my laptop. Please help me here. The VIP team and Advanced Solutions team have not responded at all to my case and its been around 1 week and I'm very worried.
