Laptop needs some repairs

I am having trouble with my computer charging, think it is the port. And I also may need my heat sink replaced. Where can I get an idea of the cost of doing both of these things? My machine is NOT under warranty. I have a razer blade 15" 2018 Advanced model.

    Same issue here, battery will not charge. Not sure where to get it fixed... :(
