I have a Razer laptop that I purchased a little over 2 years ago. Recently, it suddenly stopped working. When I plug in the charger, the green charging light does not come on, and the laptop does not turn on. Only a white light appears when I hold the power button.
I have tried all procedures to power it on, including holding the power button and plugging/unplugging the charger, but nothing has worked.
Could you please assist me in diagnosing and fixing this issue?
