I have tried to power on my laptop via holding down the power button and cannot get either the screen to turn on or the power light on the laptop to light up. The light on my power brick is lighting up without trouble. I have tried to follow the guide here which has not helped: Razer Blade does not have power, won't boot up or turn on. Can you give me any tips? Or should I just try to order a replacement power cord?

I'm having the same issue as well, just purchased this laptop yesterday.

Likely, the power brick is not working properly or it's faulty. By the way, does the LED indicator still light up when plugging the charger? PM me the serial number of your device so I can look for a possible fix for this. Also, please send me a copy of your device's proof of purchase. I'll need that to check its warranty status.
