There's an obvious QA problem here. I've been shipped around to 10 different support techs and even reached out on Twitter. I've supplied screenshots of the hardware and BIOS screens showing 8GB of RAM and 512GB SSD. Razer doesn't even sell laptops with this configuration.
Its clear the $3600 refurb I received was returned by someone who swapped out the hardware and returned it.
Its extremely troubling to think that the QA process has failed so much that someone would be scammed by Razer spending $3600 on a laptop.
