Hi, I purchased a laptop on the 23/ March of this year. The package arrived in my city on this Tuesday 3/26, and a delivery attempt was made this Wednesday 3/27, I wasn’t there to receive it. I have the plan of refuse on delivery, and I contact support in advice and was given permission to refuse it and return to shipper. But then it was supposedly delivered today, without a signature signed by anyone and the fedex stated “Signature not required”. When I previously reached out to support they promised that it was to be signed by name on the listed mailing address. I have contacted them and they are telling me to wait for 24-48 hours for a response. Can someone actually help me solve my issue. I filed a missing package claim to fedex, need a wavier from shipper(Razer) to file a formal one that declares it’s value and etc. I have also filed a police report with the city Police department.
