Laptop Pro 17" 2019 Model - Single Key Colour
The 'B' key on my keyboard no longer matches all the other keys when the keyboard cycles through colours - the palette colour is similar, but its out by a couple of shades. I have read elsewhere that this is a known RB problem. Does anyone know how to fix this issue - not sure if its a software or hardware issue. Any advice will be appreciated.

Is it different on all lighting effects, or it only occurs on a particular profile? Clean reinstall your Synapse for now by following this guide. If the problem persists, send me the serial number of your laptop along with a short video clip so I can verify its model and take a closer look at this issue. Let's pick it up from there.
