Laptop repair went wrong | Razer Insider
Goodafternoon,

I am unable to find any phone number to call and the email responds is way to slow, hence I am trying it this way.

I bought a laptop and noticed that the C key was defect. The vendor I will not name informed me that I had to go contact razer myself, as they did not deal with repairing devices, weird but I was like whatever. I contacted razer, via the website, and created a RMA. After getting the RMA and getting the shipment details I shipped the laptop. The laptop was shipped on the 23th of may and received on the 30th of may. After paying for the repair, without knowing that the vendor was not a razer reseller, I received the message that hte laptop was repaired. This was on 15th of june.

After getting the delivery I noticed that the box was empty and no laptop was inside. I contacted both razer and Fedex, the delivery company, regarding the issue. I was unable to contact razer, nor the repair center via phone so I emailed them. Fedex informed me that they would contact the sender, as they are the once that will need to fill the claim. After getting a responds from razer they informed me that they will investigate the case and contact me. Which they did on the 29th of may. They informed me to file a police report and send the report to them to see if I am able to get a replacement.

Now the part that makes me write this. After communicating with them from the 17th of june till the 29th of june and giving them all the information, they started requesting the information again even after confirming I would get a replacement within 2 to 3 business days.

Can somebody please help me with this, as I am currently without a laptop and 1700 euro's down. Please someone from razer assist me.
@GiovanniHG I'm sorry about the delay and your experience of not receiving your laptop from repair. I have coordinated with the RMA Team for an update and to keep your case forward. For security reasons, I removed the case number from your public post. Rest assured I'm keeping an eye on your case and feel free to PM me anytime should you need further assistance or have other questions.
