Laptop return taking too long | Razer Insider

My Razer 15 laptop  had screen bleeding issue while under warranty. I had sent it Razer support and it was identified that the screen can not be repaired as screen part is not in stock. Razer had offered me replacement unit which I agreed but the delivery of my replacement laptop is taking too long. It has been three weeks since the processing of replacement unit. Can someone please help me with this?
