Hello, I bought a razer core x expensive a third party seller only, it does not work. The seller tells me that my pc is not compatible with the box. I have a msi prestige 14 evo which has a TB4 port. the razer core x turns on with the graphics card 2 sec later it turns off after plugging in . I have tried everything:
  • check the bios
  • check the drivers
  • change graphics card
  • change the power supply
Could someone confirm me that TB4 is not compatible with a razer core x and my pc either ? or could it be a case malfunction, thanks

    The Razer Core X has Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port. While your laptop has a Thunderbolt 4. Have the latest Thunderbolt version will allow the previous technology to work (backward compatible). Please test the Razer Core X to another computer and check if the same behavior persists. I’ll be locking this thread now.
