You can also try performing a hard reset if the issue persists on your external monitor.

Try this for the hard reset: 1. With the Blade turned off, plug the charger into the laptop. 2. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. 3. While still holding the power button, unplug the charger 4. Release the power button. 5. Leave the system sitting for a few seconds. 6. Plug the charger into the laptop first before plugging it into the power outlet then and attempt to power it back on. If the issue still persists, you can reach out to Razer Support. They are really sweet people and don't forget to back up your files and prepare your proof of purchase (Amazon receipt or Razer Order number, etc.).

Have you tried using an external monitor?? If still persistent, you're probably having an issue with your Motherboard. Better prepare your receipt or invoice and reach out to their chat support.
