Yesterday my fans turned themselves down to low speed. I adjust them to high again, but the actual speed does not change. Tired to get in touch with support, but not able to find a phone number or live chat anywhere. I am on step away from throwing it out the window. 2nd time it has happened to me. Last time I had to restore the computer an reinstall everything. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Does it behave the same even when your laptop's charger is plugged in or on battery? PM me the serial number of your device. I can use that to check if there's a model-specific way to sort this out without resorting to Windows clean reinstallation.
