nice!
Installed these today instead of the latest Nvidia drivers and it fixed my Razer Blade 15 Mercury White with Core X Chroma eGPU BSOD; it also fixed my wifes Razer 13 Stealth Quartz with Core X Chroma eGPU BSOD too! Thank you.
I bought the Blade OLED and have had nothing but problems from screen flickering at times to full on NVIDIA GeForce experience DEAD and giving me ERROR Code: 0x0003 and shutting down, I bought a core X chroma also and put a RTX 2080 from MSI the Gaming Trio X version and plugging it in does show up but the Fans on the game card never turn on and unplugging it from the RazorOLED causes the laptop to freese with a terrible sound that doesn't stop. I have to hold power down for 8 seconds. (yes I know why buy a 2080 when the laptop has one) anyway was planning on getting a 17" Studio in sep if that's still the release date, BUT now with all the problems I have found I seriously doubt I will go with Razer Brand for my NVIDIA Studio Laptop this Fall. If this laptop doesn't get it's issues fixed then it's going to be donated to a major youtube reviewer for a proper flaming. $3,600+ down the drain as far as I can tell.

I'm sorry you have to go through all of that and I understand how frustrating this is for you but starting a flamewar won't help anyone. Anyways, feel free to send me a PM if you want to try to troubleshoot.
All i'm gonna say is "here tell me what you think". Not exactly unreasonable.

Dear Razer Caziel,

Looks like your "war" will have to be with a different RazerOLED Laptop. After a bit of tinkering it looks like your rolled-back driver has worked. Everything is running great, perhaps in the future it might be a good idea to just send a simple E-Mail to your customers who may have been affected by an NVIDIA update, especially those who purchase Razer Flagship Machines, atleast I would appreciate it, and wouldn't have caused me to get so upset that I had to go searching for a known error, but that's on me. Anyway I appreciate your help and concern.

Thank You,

Dr. N
Excellent news 🙂
Cecy good. thanks
When will the 2018 Razer Blade Advanced receive an update to address the BSODs? I'd like a functioning laptop that I can continue to install updates on beyond Nvidia's 417.71 driver if that's OK.

I’m fine on 430.86 for quite a while and i don’t see BSOD even on version before as well. I’m updating it if I really need like if it’s the game’s requirement, I think last time BSOD was when I did a lot tweak and overclocking with or without Razer Core setting, after that on normal usage like only play around with Synapse setting and safety cpu undervolting i never experienced it again.

normal usage

Define normal usage. I don't feel like you're performing any activities which would induce the BSOD. There's a reason why Razer support told Razer Blade Advanced 2018 users to not install the latest driver.
is the newest nvidia driver still having the BSOD issues? (ver. 436.15)

Tried this driver with a RTX 2080 Ti in a Razer Core V2, which should be compatible according to Razer's info. Get an error that installer can't find the compatible hardware. If I install nVidia drivers it works, but razer graphics switcher complains that no compatible driver available, but it works until computer sleeps. After a reboot I can use the card again. Have searched the forum, hard to find relevant info. Any tips and tricks that might work?

Which Blade 15 is it? I never see graphics switcher complain anything, only grey out or not showing the switching options if the driver is gone. It’s because the crashing between dgpu and 2080ti that makes you have to reinstall it, but actually it’ll recognize again when you restart the system. Maybe try install same version driver to your dgpu first and do it again after you connect the core to 2080ti (using costum clean install). I did that when I had loosing driver issues, it happens usually on new installed gpu on the Core because windows may take longer time to initial it properly.

It's a Razer Blade Stealth 13'3 from early this year. I have tried a few different things as removing the driver to reinstall it again, reinstalled windows. The switcher finds the card when I have a normal nVidia driver, and I can choose it, it's just that it's a warning label underneath asking me to download an official driver and links me to a page with no available drivers.
