Latest Synapse update broke my usb audio controller
I have a brand new Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset. Unfortunately the usb audio controller doesn't work properly after the latest update. I can no longer turn on THX Spatial audio from the controller. I can only do it from the software. Pressing the THX button on the controller doesn't do anything. Furthermore, I can no longer calibrate the THX Spatial Audio for individual games/apps. Before the update, there was a list of all the games and apps I could toggle THX on or off. But after the update the list is gone. I then completely uninstalled all Razer Software and all my Razer devices and then installed them again. This didn't fix my problem.
If I only could roll back to the previous version of this sofware, all would be fine.

Ok...some update to the previous post. The list of apps is back now. But the THX Spatial Audio button in my usb audio controller still doesn't work. Really annoying.
I have excactly same issue you are not the only one. Waiting on response from razer. posted here and on reddit.
mailodudeI hope they do something about it since clearly the latest software update for Razer Synapse Audio is causing problems for many people, not just me. I contacted Razer support several days ago but they haven't replied yet.

Over two weeks have passed and no reply from Razer support in regards of this issue. I guess they are busy with other things.

G_LelandJust did the firmware update but it didn't fix my problem. Still broken. It's like the software doesn't recognize my usb audio controller properly anymore after the update that came in june. I even wrote to Razer support about it but I haven't received any form of reply from them for almost two months.
Just try to use firmware updater. I think that should do it.
