LED Indicator Lights on Razer Cynosa Chroma

So the key lighting works on the keyboard, but the keys like Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, and Num Lock do not light up the LED indicator at the top right when they're pressed. The keys still serve their function, but the indicators do not light up. It's not a hardware problem, because when I plugged the keyboard into my laptop the Caps Lock indicator toggled on and off. I have tried multiple restarts and clean installs of Razer Synapse 3, and no luck. I am running Windows 11 on a PC. Anyone got tips?

    Does the LED indicator work properly without Synapse in the background on your PC? Since clean reinstalling Synapse didn't help. Please gather the logs of your Synapse with the help of this guide. That way, we can root out the cause of the problem.
