Led problem with Blackwidow Chroma V2

Hello i bought one of your keyboard (less than 1 year ago) and out of the blue today as i boot my computer one of the key on the keyboard start getting ''twitchy'' and not correctly display the right color. For example when i use the effect where the keyboard is rainbow like and switch every few second the ''numpad enter'' key have trouble following the pattern. is there something we can do about this ? A 220 CAD$ Keyboard breaking after not even after a full year of usage seem a bit overprice. I bought a Razer because i heard they where the best and built with quality.

    Hi there! Can you post a video of the issue? Also, have you tried plugging it into another PC to see if the same issue persists?
