LEDs

hello everyone, I bought the Razer Blackwidow Chroma v2 keyboard for just over a year and for a few months the "O" LEDs have not gone (the keyboard has a blue layout and when the button is pressed it changes color), the letter is off and when pressed it comes in another color. Does anyone know how I can fix it? thanks a lot
