I started my pc today and I realised that left click does not work/responding at all. I have tried everything, updating firmware as well as cleaning the dust but still doesn’t.

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
