Left Ctrl+Shift not working on Razer Blackwidow.

This is a very specific issue that I've attempted to research heavily, to no avail. When I press Left Ctrl and Left Shift, they appear to cancel each other out. This does not happen with any other combination of Left/Right Ctrl, or Left/Right Shift, and even happens when Razer Synapse is inactive. This also did not happen with my previous keyboard, which wasn't Razer. I have:
  • Turned off global shortcuts in Synapse.
  • Removed all macros from the keyboard's profile.
I have not:
  • Installed any other modules, not even Alexa, which is the most common issue that I came across when researching.
If there's any more information that is required, please let me know.

Please check if the issue happens while the keyboard is connected to another USB port or computer. Ensure that the device is connected to the USB port directly, not on a USB hub. Also, try resetting the keyboard through the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings and use a can of compressed air to clean the affected keys. I’ll be locking this thread now.
