My razer hammerhead TWS 2nd gen earphone is extremely quiet. Specifically my left one. It was working perfect for a long time, but it suddenly stopped working one day.
I never dropped it or anything and always took care of it. I’ve only had it around a year.
does anyone know if there’s a fix for this?
I have exactly the same problem, but only with the right one…….. sadly I haven’t found any solution

Try to update your device’s firmware by following the steps below:
Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.
Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.
Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.
Follow the update instructions.
If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
