Hello, I have the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro bluetooth earbuds and my left earbud won’t play any audio. It shows the earbud on the app and the tap combinations work on it, but it just won’t play any audio. I have tried cleaning the outside wax or debris and no luck. Is the speaker just burnt or something or could there be a fix?

Hi there guys!
Try to update your device’s firmware by following the steps below:
- Connect the earbuds to your device that has the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless app installed.
- Open the app and wait for it to connect to your earbuds.
- Tap the firmware update notification on the main screen.
- Follow the update instructions.
If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Hammerhead True Wireless Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
