I got some earbuds from my grandpa and I'm hoping there is a way to get them to work, the right works fine, but the left one only responds to touch, and doesn't output audio, there is no visible damage to the bud or case, so I am hoping for the best. The case has been fully charged and in the audio app it showed both percentages of the buds, both being fully charged, I've already tried putting them in the case and re-pairing, but it brought no success. May I get some help with this?
