Looking for home help/advice. I have a left-handed Naga and always have two - one in use and one for a replacement as they can go out of stock. I had to use my backup from July this year as my original went. I had already bought the two at the same time (around three years ago). However, after using my new one (the backup) the mouse wheel has gone. This is only after around four months of use. ( I know the date because, when I started using it as my main mouse...I bought another backup.)
I can’t contact find a way to contact Razer about this as the serial number says it’s now out of warranty. However, it’s clearly in near mint condition as it has only been used for a short space of time.
I feel that I’ve had very little use out of this mouse and am disappointed that the wheel iis faulty after so short a time. Anyone know what my options would be?
