I just got the wireless razee earbuds for Christmas, and I am not getting any audio output on the left one though the right is working perfectly. Is there something wrong with pairing? Or is this a return? Please help

First off, please change your Razer ID into something else as you don't want to expose your device's information to everyone by clicking this link. On the other hand, ensure to change each earbud for 3-4 hours before using. Check if the issue happens while pairing it to another device. If the earbuds were purchased from a local reseller, please contact them and ask for a warranty claim. Otherwise, send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team. I'll be locking this thread now.
