Left Shift key not working :((

Hello there, first time here for me



I purchased a razer blade 15(base model) last month, fantastic machine so far, unless for this bloody left shift key alternatively working, then for now, not working anymore.

Is there a software fix for that, or is it, as i fear, hardware related ?



Looking forward for your help, as my machine is brand new and i really often use this key for my editing video works
