Hello,

I’ve had my Blackwidow V3 unplugged from my laptop for a couple days and when I plugged back in and turned on my laptop I’ve come to realize that Left Shift isn’t working.

I went into Synapse 4 and saw that it was named Umschlat” ,which appears to be German?, anyway, my Right Shift works just fine and is named the correct way (Shift Direito), though a while ago it also had some issues.

I’ve already installed a fresh version of Synapse and tried resetting the keyboard.

Can some help me out on this?

Check in Synapse if the left shift is on it’s default function (if not, just revert it to default).

Solved the issue on my own but thanks for the help.

Apparently the issue was with Synapse 4, loading into Synapse 3 seems to solve the issue.

I have the same problem with the shift key, but when I installed razer synapse 3 it started working again, but then it stopped working again.
