Left shift not working on Ornata

Its mostly the left shift, however the caps lock and control keys have started as well. Whenever i got the keyboard (about 3 weeks ago), the left shift was going in and out, working sometimes and sometimes not. Now the caps lock and control has started as well. At this point the left shift is almost not working at all. Am i overlooking something, or is my keyboard broke? (Note i did the reset thing when you unplug the keyboard and hold escape and caps lock down, and the shift key doesn't light up)
