I have bought today Blackshark v2 x. When i am plugging headset in, one side doesn’t work, while the other side and micro are working. This headphones has 3.5 mm analog connections. Have u guys andy ideas what can i do?

I understand that your Razer Blackshark V2 X Left side doesn’t produce sound. Can you try to test the headset with a mobile device and check if the issue occurs?
