Hello everyone,!--tgqphd||[]-->
I am experiencing a critical issue where my Razer Kraken V3 X (Model: RZ04-03750300-R3U1!--tgqphd||[]-->) has completely lost its hardware identity profile and is hard-locked as "Conexant USB Audio"!--tgqphd||[]--> across multiple machines.!--tgqphd||[]-->
The Issue:!--tgqphd||[]-->
Following an update process, the headset dropped into its fallback bootloader mode. In Windows Device Manager, it is permanently recognized only as a generic "Conexant USB Audio" device. While Razer Synapse 4 oddly displays a placeholder for the "Kraken V3 X," the headset will not properly initialize, accept configuration changes, or pass audio correctly through the Razer pipeline.!--tgqphd||[]-->

Troubleshooting Already Attempted:!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->
- Clean Software Reinstall:!--tgqphd||[]--> Completely wiped Synapse 4 and Razer Central using the official Razer Driver Cleanup Tool, restarted, and reinstalled. The issue persists.!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->
- Driver Force Overwrite:!--tgqphd||[]--> Attempted to manually update the driver via Device Manager to force a generic "USB Audio Device" class driver, but the hardware identity remains stuck.!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->
- Cross-Platform Isolation:!--tgqphd||[]--> Tested the headset on a completely clean laptop that has never had Razer software installed. It immediately registers as "Conexant USB Audio" there as well, confirming the corruption is on the headset's internal EEPROM chip, not my desktop's operating system.!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->
- Power Cycle:!--tgqphd||[]--> Fully drained the motherboard/USB standby capacitors by shutting down, unplugging the PC, and holding the power button for 30 seconds. No change.!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->
- Firmware Installer Block:!--tgqphd||[]--> I attempted to use the official standalone firmware updater utility. However, the current public tool is explicitly built for the updated Razer Kraken V3 X (2024)!--tgqphd||[]--> revision. Because my hardware is the legacy 2021–2023 version, the updater remains grayed out and stuck on the language fallback screen ("verbinde das headset mit deinem pc"), as it recognizes the chip layout is incompatible.!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->
Requesting Help With:!--tgqphd||[]-->
Since the public updater tool only supports the 2024 revision, is there a legacy standalone firmware executable available from support that can force-flash the original

RZ04-03750!--tgqphd||[]--> chip layout back out of its Conexant fallback state?!--tgqphd||[]-->Alternatively, if this is a permanent micro-controller failure caused by the software environment, I need assistance escalating this for a hardware replacement (RMA).!--tgqphd||[]-->
Thank you!
