I'm having issues with my keyboard.

Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro

The S and T key and maybe others are not responding or when it does responds it inputs two of the same key. Really getting annoyed. 

Are they going to fix this or replace? See alot of people having problems with it. Which is sad I had loved Razer products but now im starting to regret buying if they arn't willing to replace these lemon keyboards that are +$200!!!
