letter u not working properly razer hunstman mini v3

it starts typing out a bunch of random letters on its own and i have no idea how to fix it i’ve tried esc caps and spacebar while unplugging and plugging and nothing fixes it please help

    Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall its drivers by following the steps below:

     

    1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.

    2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.

    3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".

    4. Right-click on the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro Mini and select Uninstall device.

    5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

     

    The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
