Leviathan Mini Breathing Orange/Solid Green In Seconds

Hey All, Title pretty much sums it up, I have a Leviathan Mini and when I try to charge it the power LED breathes as if it is charging but the LED is orange and not red, then a few seconds later it goes solid green as if the battery is full, but when I unplug the charger it goes dead and won't turn on at all. There is nothing at all in the manual or on google about a blinking or breathing orange LED and the battery obviously isn't full after a few seconds on the charger, can someone tell me what's wrong with it?
