Leviathan no longer power's on

My Leviathan died today. It was on then auto timed out and I went to turn it back on and nothing. I tried different power outlets still nothing. I noticed the soundbar recently wouldnt power on and I would have to unplug the power to get it to turn back on now it doesnt power on at all. I'm no longer in my 1 year warranty period but I read about some firmware that might help. Does anyone know how to flash the soundbar?
