I have a 2021 Leviathan speaker. One day, after working just fine, it was suddenly no longer in the sound output options. It was connected via bluetooth, but the recommendation was to re-pair it. It will not go into pairing mode no matter what I do. I’ve:

• Unplugged it
• Unplugged, held + - and power for 3 seconds. Then for 10 seconds. (although the power button is a touch thing and not an actual button)
• Unplugged, held + - and pairing button for 3 seconds, plugged back in.
• Same as above, but I held it for 10 seconds while someone else plugged it back in.
• I’ve tried AC cables from other things because some people said that was their problem.
• I’ve done all kinds of combinations of the things above
• I’ve tried calling the local store but they “don’t do support”

Anyone else have any ideas?
