leviathan v2 not connecting to pc

My leviathan v2 is not showing up on my PC or synapse also it will connect to my PC via Bluetooth but no sound also I tried the reset via holding power volume up and volume down .it literally went from working to not working has me stumped

Have you tried it on a different computer? You can also try connecting it via BT with a mobile phone. If that didn’t do the trick, then you can send me a message via PM along with your Leviathan V2’s serial number so I can check for other workarounds.
