Leviathan V2 Pro no longer works after power outage

I have had my Leviathan V2 Pro for awhile and occasionally had an issue where the source couldn’t be changed from USB to Bluetooth/vice versa but hard resetting, unplugging cables, holding power button to drain the battery would work after a few attempts but I have just tried that no less than 30 times and I still can’t change source/connect to my PC. I have tried different cables and everything; no go. I need help figuring out how to get this thing back to functioning.

Hi aeroplaceJet248,

To fix a Razer Leviathan V2 Pro that is completely locked up and won't change sources, perform a deep hardware power flush by unplugging all cables (power, USB-C, and subwoofer), holding the power button down rapidly and repeatedly for 30 seconds, then reconnecting only the power cable before testing the source button. If a basic power drain fails, PM me your Razer Leviathan V2 Pro’s SN: (Follow steps here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/548/~/how-to-find-the-serial%2C-product%2C-or-part-number-on-a-razer-device) and link of your receipt in a PDF format: (Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4011?_ga=2.197232171.544708261.1744067200-1885068520.1744067200&_gl=1*vo487o*_ga_3TRK53PM75*MTc0NDA2NzE5OS4xLjEuMTc0NDA2NzM0My4yNC4wLjA). I also have the same problem. This is the WORST  sound system I ever bought! RIDICULOUS!

This worked for me but I have to do it everytime I have a power loss on the soundbar :

1- Press power & sound - & sound + wait for the source to flash purple, do not release the three buttons.

2- While having the 3 buttons pressed remove the power cord from the sound bar

3- Still while having the 3 buttons pressed reinsert the power on the sound bar

4- Release the buttons and power on the sound bar using the bluetooth button (second button next to the source)

Hope this works for you aswell.

Btw Razer, this seems to be a pretty common issue on your device. Looks like a design flaw is on your end ..
