Leviathan V2 sound cutting out

Hi all, Just bought a Leviathan V2 to replace my old V1 which suddenly died and wouldn't power on. Might have made a mistake. Right out of the gate this new V2's sound will cut down to a whisper after just a few minutes of playing. I uninstalled & reinstalled synapse, restarted my PC. Made no difference. Happens consistently every 3 or so minutes. I can reset it by hitting the source button to bluetooth and then back to PC. Any thoughts? Should I just return it?

    Make sure the power cable and adapter are connected properly. Try a different power outlet as well for further isolation. Otherwise, it's a hardware problem. If you have questions, feel free to check our self-help page or PM me anytime should you need further assistance.
