leviathan v2 turns on but wont connect to pc

my new levitation v2 21 pc soundbar won’t connect to my pc. l managed to get it working connecting via bluetooth to my phone and that works well.  I can see the soundbar in device manager on my pc but it won’t let me connect it on there and setting it default on there is greyed out. it doesn’t appear at all in system sound settings or on my razer synapse 4 app. it just says no devices found. i have tried everything I can think of, I have checked for updates, refreshed turned things off and on again, uninstalled and reinstalled , I have tried  connecting in device manager, I have plugged soundbar directly into wall socket. the usb is in blue port (but I have tried them all) I don’t know what else I can do.
