Hello!
I have recently ran into a major issue with my Leviathan V2 X soundbar: the Chroma RGB lighting has stopped working. Audio still works fine, but absolutely no lighting, not even on the startup & shutdown sequences. This soundbar is always plugged directly into my PC’s motherboard USB-C slot for power & audio, I do not use the Bluetooth mode.
What can I do to fix this? I have already submitted a support ticket with Razer directly, but I thought I would ask here for advice as well.
