Turn on razer synapse.
The leviathan v2x will then turn itself off.
Current firmware is 1.04.00

im having the same issue, also if im watching a YouTube video, and close the window, the leviatan v2x turn off automatically. or if i exchange the audio source to my headphones also turn off the razer leviatan x.x
