Lian Li 011 Dynamic Razer Edition PC Case

created a new build with this case. The case lights work when the computer first turn on, but one Windows is loaded, they stop working until I restart computer and they'll instantly come on until system reboots then stop once windows loads again. Razer Synapse recognizes the case, along with mouse, keyboard, and mousepad. Those three work fine. It's added to profiles for games and everything else but moments after windows loads, they just stop working. Any idea??
