Lian Li Razer Edition LEDs stopped working

I had Lian Li Razer Edition case for more than a year and everything worked fine so far, but recently I bought the Lian Li Uni Fans and after connecting it the LEDs stopped working. The funny thing is that when I connect the LED HUB to the motherboard the Razer Synapse recognizes the device just fine, but I can't apply any of the effects. I contacted the Razer Support, but as the case is from Lian Li I received information that I have to ask them for help. So if anyone has any answers to this problem that would be great.
