License Already Used After PC Reformat

Hello,

I recently reformatted my PC and reinstalled the 7.1 surround sound software. When I tried to log in with my account (the same account I used before the reformat), I'm now receiving an error message stating that the license has already been used.

This is the same computer and the same account I was using previously - I only reformatted my system. Could you please help me resolve this license activation issue?

Hmm it looks like you’ve tried to enter the same activation key. Just close the window → click on avatar right top side → login via RazerID account (the same account that you’ve previously activated the key).

Double-check that you are logging in with the exact same account details (email and password) that you used before reformatting. If the same error persist, please PM me with your headset serial number and email address so i can verify the information in our system. All the best!
