License code has aleardy been used

I recently bought a pair of headphones from Razer. (Razer Kraken X White) I installed the 7.1 surround application from the official website and when I wrote the activation code it told me that it is already used although I never used it. Want some advice to fix the problem, or to be able to get another code?
