license code has already been used, can't enable 7.1 surround sound
I bought Razer Blackshark V2 X headsets and activated surround sound 7.1 with activation code, everything worked fine but then I had to reset my pc because it didn't work well and then when I tried activating 7.1 surround sound with razer software I got the message saying that the activation code has already been used. Can I get a new activation code or is there other solution? I also registered my razer product. Thanks in advance!

The 7.1 Surround Sound activation code can only be used once, and it will be tied to your Razer ID.
