I just recently bought a Razer Kraken headset and I can't register the 7.1 surround sound. What can I do to fix this problem?

From what I know, you'll have to register the Razer Kraken headset to your account. Then the code will be sent to your email within 24hours after its registration. Here's a guide on how to register your device. But if you still haven't received anything within the given timeframe. PM me the serial number of your headset so I can assist you accordingly. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
