Just bought a Razer Kraken Pro v2 Headphone . Was a card inside the box. The activaion thingy. Scratched it. Downloaded the app for the 7.1 surround-sound but when im tryin to activate i got an error like : License code is not valid. I just bought it and it wasnt even scratched yet. So i dont know whats going on. Yes i writed everything correctly. Please help !!!

    Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message via PM? Save it via Google Drive, then paste the shareable link to your message. Please include the serial number of your device, along with the email address associated with your Razer ID. I will need those to verify its model and check the registration status. Let's continue from there. I'll lock this thread now.
