Hello, earlier today I purchased a new Goliathus mouse pad from my local walmart. It was FILLED with what looks like light splitting... I don't really know how to describe it. But it looks like it has random break points in the light tube. It had about 5 all around it. I went back and exchanged it for a new one and this one has the same issue although its only once. I am disappointed that I spent so much on a mouse pad and even went out of my way to exchange it and I am still having the same issue. I have attempted to contact razer support but it keeps leading me in literal circles and wont take me anywhere to chat or email anyone. Tried my best to take a picture of it but on camera it just shows as a white spot.

That is truly unfortunate, but there's not much for me to do but recommend an RMA since this is a hardware issue. Please send me the serial number of the mat along with a copy of the proof of purchase. You can upload files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. I can use those to submit a warranty claim on your behalf.
