Light bleed/break on new Razer Goliathus Extended Chroma

Hello, earlier today I purchased a new Goliathus mouse pad from my local walmart. It was FILLED with what looks like light splitting... I don't really know how to describe it. But it looks like it has random break points in the light tube. It had about 5 all around it. I went back and exchanged it for a new one and this one has the same issue although its only once. I am disappointed that I spent so much on a mouse pad and even went out of my way to exchange it and I am still having the same issue. I have attempted to contact razer support but it keeps leading me in literal circles and wont take me anywhere to chat or email anyone. Tried my best to take a picture of it but on camera it just shows as a white spot. Edit: No response here either.. if anyone sees this can you tell me how to contact support? Thanks.

    That is truly unfortunate, but there's not much for me to do but recommend an RMA since this is a hardware issue. Please send me the serial number of the mat along with a copy of the proof of purchase. You can upload files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. I can use those to submit a warranty claim on your behalf. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
