I can not connect to my new aether light strip to the Synapse. I already done the connect to app but when i tried to find my device in add gamer room device part it couldnt find it

    Same network? Same login? My PC is wired. Wifi or not shouldn't matter.

    Same issue. i contact with support team and they said “This is to provide an update on your case. Upon further review, we would like to inform you that we are aware of the current issue, and our team is actively investigating it.

    At this time, no action is required from your end. As part of our ongoing efforts to address the issue, if there is anything new, we will notify you via a new case.”

    so it seems we have to wait for idk.
