Lighting Not Changing On BlackWidow v3

So my keyboard is stuck on kind of lavender color. Every time I change it in razer synapse 3 and click save it simply does not change, but my razer death adder v2 does change. Something else I would like to note is that razer synapse things that I’ve changed the color in chrome studio yet it simply does not change.
